Hi there! I'm Donna. Welcome to my site. I’m an enthusiast photographer and traveller. I got re-acquainted with photography after a little hiatus. In my university days I was interested in photojournalism but never pursued it. Instead, I studied public policy as a way to be engaged. I’m Ottawa (Canada) based. I’m a government manager/senior bureaucrat by day. Photography is my creative outlet. I love exploring, at home in and around my city and while travelling. Photography is perfect for that. My camera propels me to explore then captures how I see the world. It’s about both external and internal exploration, and discoveries. Ultimately photography is about the photographer. My favourite genre is street and documentary photography. But I enjoy many genres: urban, landscape, nature and travel photography. Enjoy.
